This Book is published jointly by English Nature and The Chilterns Conservation Board. The first edition sold out within a year and a second edition was published. It is still A5 size but has 8 extra pages including new subject sections giving 40 full colour pages. Over half of the Photographs are new for this edition.

Ian Carter, a leading Ornitholigist with English Nature, ( now rebranded as Natural England ), provides excellent facts and figures about the release project in the Chilterns. It is illustrated with many superb photographs taken locally by myself.

All the major contributors gave their services for free. The Book is available for £5.00 plus £1.75 post and packing.
